Withdraw or cancel your subscription

You can end a paid Cusentra Mail subscription here, in one of two ways. Neither needs a reason, and neither deletes anything in your account.

The full refund applies once per customer. If you withdraw from a later subscription, we refund the part of the period you did not use, or all of it where the law where you live says so. The details are in our Refund Policy.

Signed in, it takes two clicks

Sign in, then come back to this page (it is linked at the foot of every legal page) or press Withdraw from contract here or Cancel contracts here on the Plans page. Both show your contract and need one more press to confirm. We never cancel a subscription from an email address typed into a form, because anyone could type yours.

Without signing in

• paddle.net: Paddle, our reseller, runs its own portal. Look up your order with the email address you paid with, and Paddle sends you a link to manage that subscription: you can cancel it, withdraw from it or ask for a refund there.
• The manage-subscription link in any receipt email from Paddle.
• Email us at danish@cusentra.com from the address on your account. We act on it within 2 business days and confirm it by email.

What happens to your account

Withdrawing or cancelling ends the subscription, not the account. Your mail, rules and settings stay, and only the features beyond the Free plan stop. To delete the account and everything in it, use Delete account under Connections; that also cancels a subscription that is still running.

Nothing on this page limits a right the law where you live gives you.
