1. Commitment to Data Privacy & Confidentiality

At Cusentra ("we", "us", or "our"), data privacy is our highest priority. We engineer our autonomous AI email agents and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines with strict cryptographic tenant isolation.

2. Zero AI Training on Customer Data

We do not use customer emails, attachments, vector embeddings, or metadata to train public machine learning models. All inferencing calls to foundation models via AWS Bedrock and enterprise AI APIs are executed with strict zero-data-retention guarantees.

3. Information We Collect

• Account Information: Name, email address, company name, and billing details.
• Email Integration Tokens: Secure OAuth tokens required to synchronize messages via IMAP, SMTP, Gmail API, or Microsoft Graph API.
• Vector Index Data: High-dimensional embeddings of authorized documents to allow semantic inbox retrieval.

4. Data Storage and Security

All data at rest is encrypted using AES-256 standards. All network communications are secured using TLS 1.3 encryption. Cloud databases are hosted on enterprise infrastructure (including Supabase pgvector and AWS VPC isolation).
